Important Tips Regarding Parties at Primitivo Osteria 

Please refer to the preprepared "sample menus" on the proceeding pages and check if there is a menu fitting your needs and budget prior to requesting a customized menu.

We can customize any menu to fit your needs and budget, including cocktail parties! Primitivo can comfortably seat 70 guests indoors and an additional 12 guests on our outside patio area, for Cocktail parties 100 guests. We offer Sit-Down or Buffet style service plus optional Open Bar, Cash Bar or Tab Bar options.

For exclusive use of the restaurant we require a minimum of 50-60 people Sunday thru Thursday, 60-70 are required on Friday or Saturday. Note: You may have less people, however, you must guarantee payment for that number on final bill. Typically we require a 25% advance deposit on all parties or Credit Card Guarantees, 48 hours minimum advance notice for cancelations is required.

Our private back party room can accommadate up to 15 people and is available on a first come first serve basis, there is no additional cost for the room. It's a perfect space for business meetings, birthday celebrations, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, etc...

We will prepare individual menus for your event, including the event name. Balloons are available for $25/per dozen (you pick colors, 72 hrs minimum advance notice required). White tablecloths are available at a flat rate of $25. Special event desserts available, i.e Custom Birthday Cakes, Specialty Cubcakes or Italian Cookies usually range from $4 to $8 per person. $10.00 minimum dessert service fee or $1.00 per person applies when guest brings dessert.

Open Bar rates for Beer & Wine are $10/per hour per person, including Spirits the rate is $15/per hour per person, if Top Shelf is included the rate is $20/per person per hour. Discounts given on multi-hour Open Bar options.

Cash Bar simply means you or your guests pay as they go, Tab Bar simply means your guests may elect to set-up a Tab for there beverage purchases. Cocktail party appetizer assortments range in cost from $8 to $12 per person depending on menu choices.
